1. Lots of time to myself
2. Saturdays and Sundays off
3. Nothing else :)
1. There is pressure to recruit students. If you do not meet your performance target each week, you have to write a reflection. Personally, I feel that performance depends heavily on the region. In addition, a report must be written at the end of every month.
2. The manager’s actions depend heavily on their mood. For example, yesterday the manager agreed to teach me something, but today they immediately forgot and asked, “Why don’t you know how to do it yourself?” They also told me to watch videos and learn on my own. However, each branch is different; this is based on our branch.
3. There are no bonuses for the three major traditional holidays, and the year-end bonus standards are very inconsistent.
4. The bonus commission is very low. If you want an annual salary of one million, this place is a pass.
5. The year-end party has no raffle and no gifts.
6. We often have to attend meetings in other counties or cities, and online meetings are not allowed. We have to take transportation to the venue, and we must pay the travel expenses upfront ourselves.
7. The manager will directly “check in” with you in the group chat to ask whether you want to resign.
8. The turnover rate is extremely high. In less than a year, several coworkers around me have been replaced.
9. Overtime is not possible, and the company does not allow overtime. Even if you voluntarily stay late, there is no overtime pay.
