1. Supervisors are prone to believing rumors and failing to understand the situation, often unfairly targeting people instead of addressing the issue.
2. Newcomers are easily singled out.
3. Sharing your own opinions and ideas may make you disliked, and they are not accepted.
4. Supervisors do not hold themselves to high standards while treating others leniently.
5. People who are not good at socializing find it difficult to survive.
6. There is serious infighting within the team.
