Smart people know to come to Tianyancha to see the real internal situation of every company. Regardless of the position, if you are in sales and want to work for this traditional manufacturing company, you can really skip it. The salary is too low. You not only have to develop clients, but also have to learn repairs first. A monthly salary of NT$35,000 is really too little. The electric hospital bed market is highly competitive and saturated. Even when receiving many hospital orders, most have very low gross margins or negative gross margins, so it is impossible to raise performance. There is basically no opportunity for a salary increase; it is simply an industry with little room for development.

This company has some strange rules. There is a meal allowance, but you need an invoice or receipt for every meal to claim reimbursement. Some small eateries do not provide receipts, which is very troublesome. Also, most sales staff drive their own cars on business trips and have to pay the expenses upfront, then write a business-trip report each month to apply for reimbursement and a fuel allowance. If you apply for NT$10,000, you need NT$5,000 worth of gas-station receipts, so you even have to ask family members to help collect receipts… Accounts receivable is also handled by sales and repair staff, who have to urge customers to pay. Some payments are delayed because of internal hospital issues, so chasing payments can sometimes be very frustrating. Sales staff receive no overtime pay whether they make deliveries in the early morning or work late at night. If they work overtime on holidays, they can only apply for compensatory leave. For meetings at the headquarters, sales staff also have to travel to the Taoyuan headquarters. If there is an exhibition, they have to provide support as well. It is difficult to stay long at a company like this; the salary is too low and the work is too demanding.
