The second time looking for a client-site position:
1. The clients I was assigned to were all leading companies, which is a great boost for my résumé.
2. The recruiter, Trinity, was very sweet and friendly. She genuinely understood what engineers do and used my expertise to find suitable opportunities. She was very patient and considerate of my personal circumstances (I only considered opportunities in southern Taiwan), and transparently analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each position. Unlike some recruiting agencies that keep pushing even after you’ve said you’re not interested, or ask whether the programming language you mainly used at your previous job was C or “oracal”??? I’m scratching my head??? I haven’t decided which opportunity I like best yet, but the overall experience was great. I just wanted to recommend this place—it felt like encountering an angel.
3. WistronSoft also provides community groups and internal training resources. It’s quite suitable for recent graduates with less than five years of experience who want to further their education and strengthen their skills.
4. Some positions allow you to receive benefits from both the client and the company (such as bonuses at the three major traditional festivals and employee meal allowances). Good recruiters will proactively explain this to you or help ask about it.
1. There aren’t many opportunities to go to headquarters, and they don’t even have the internal communication software installed.
2. Regarding the lack of a sense of belonging at work mentioned above, it’s not too bad. If you participate more often in internal training activities and hackathons held on weekends, you’ll naturally get to know people at headquarters. You all need to know how to make use of the company’s resources, okay?
