1. The boss(es) love employees and managers who say flattering things and curry favor, so serious employees work themselves to death yet still go unnoticed.
2. The sales team has never issued performance bonuses, offering employees only empty promises and unrealistic market sales strategies.
3. The company has a one-person-rule culture. Even when something is wrong, if upper management thinks it is right, then it is right; you must never raise objections or make honest reports, or you will be blacklisted with no way back.
4. Employees are treated with extreme harshness and scheming. On the surface, management pretends to be kind and approachable, but in reality they spread rumors and sow discord among employees everywhere, then pretend to come out as peacemakers. Bosses and managers like this are truly chilling.
5. Even though the company is not making money, it actually suspects employees of padding expenses (if I were padding them, I would be staying at a Sheraton Hotel, okay? / The company tax ID was provided and the times were accurate), and it is also stingy about vehicle expenses that should normally be reimbursed. When the company makes money, does it share even one dollar with all the colleagues who worked hard? What an utterly exploitative old-school boss!
6. Every employee wears multiple hats. The company thinks it is offering a very high salary in its offers—please, how can a company be this shameless?
7. The company has pitifully few employees, yet we still have to deal with managers and colleagues who only talk and do nothing here, and we can be maliciously smeared at any moment.
8. The key point is that the turnover rate is extremely high. The most senior employee has only been there for three years. Never be more capable than the managers and bosses, or you will quickly be forced out.
9. Upper management takes credit for all the performance, so no matter how much you do, it is meaningless. The credit goes to the managers, while all the hard work and overwork belong only to the employees.
10. The above is for all job seekers to consider. Every word is true. If you are thinking of working for this company, please think twice. Thank you, everyone!
