1. The boss(es) favor employees and managers who say flattering things and engage in sycophancy, so conscientious employees work themselves to the bone yet remain unnoticed.
2. The sales team has never received performance bonuses; they only make grand promises to employees and propose unrealistic market sales strategies.
3. The company has a one-person-decision culture. Even when something is wrong, if superiors think it is right, it is treated as right. You absolutely must not object or report matters honestly, or you will be doomed and placed on a blacklist.
4. Employees are treated with extreme harshness and scheming. On the surface, management pretends to be kind and approachable, but in reality they spread gossip everywhere to sow discord among employees, then pretend to act as peacemakers. Bosses and managers like this are truly disheartening.
5. Despite not making money, they actually questioned whether employees had inflated expenses (if I had inflated them, I could have stayed at the Sheraton, okay? The company tax ID was included and the times were accurate), and they even scrimp on vehicle expenses that should normally be covered. When the company makes money, do they give even a single dollar to all the colleagues who worked hard for it? What an incredibly exploitative old-school boss!
6. Every employee wears multiple hats. The company thinks the offers it gives are very generous—please, how can a company be this shameless?
7. The company has pitifully few employees, yet we still have to deal with managers and colleagues who only talk and do nothing here, and we are constantly subjected to malicious schemes and defamation.
8. The key point is that the turnover rate is extremely high. The most senior employee has only been there for three years. Never be more capable than the managers and boss(es), or you will quickly be forced out.
9. Superiors take credit for all the performance, so no matter how much you do, it is meaningless. The credit goes to the managers, while the hard work and overwork belong only to the employees.
10. Please consider the above carefully, job seekers. Every word is true. If you are thinking of working for this company, please think twice. Thank you, everyone!
