1. Benefits are reduced depending on the supervisor’s mood. During the interview, they said meals were provided as a benefit, but on the third day of work they said it was no longer available because no one else was provided meals, so it was discontinued for the sake of fairness.

2. The company owner’s son runs the business however he pleases. He can be late to work almost every day, sometimes not showing up until two or three in the afternoon. After appearing, saying a few words, and then going home to sleep, he can casually fire employees whenever he is in a bad mood. After all, he is not the one paying the severance.

3. Apart from the northern-region sales manager, who worked his way up through his own efforts, many of the company’s other supervisors are either connected hires or shameless flatterers. There are very few who genuinely have the ability to be supervisors. Often, the most miserable supervisors are the capable ones—in other words, the more capable you are, the worse your work life becomes.
