Stable pay—not stable employment, so make sure you understand that!

1. Benefits are reduced depending on the supervisor’s mood. During the interview, they said meals were provided as a benefit, but on the third day of work they said that was no longer available because no one else was provided meals, so it was removed for the sake of fairness.

2. The company owner’s son runs things completely recklessly. He can be late to work almost every day, and sometimes does not show up until two or three in the afternoon. After appearing, saying a few words, and going home to sleep, he can casually fire employees whenever he is in a bad mood. After all, he is not the one paying the severance.

3. Apart from the company’s sales manager in northern Taiwan, who worked his way up through his own efforts, many of the other managers are either connected hires or shameless sycophants. There are very few managers who truly have the ability to be managers. Often, the most miserable managers are the capable ones—in other words, the stronger your abilities, the worse your work experience.
