Stable pay—not a stable job, so be clear about that!

1. Benefits are reduced depending on the manager’s mood. During the interview, they said meals were provided as a benefit, but on the third day of work they said it was no longer available because no one else received meals, so it was removed for the sake of fairness.

2. The company owner’s son runs the business however he likes. He can be late to work almost every day, and sometimes does not show up until two or three in the afternoon. After appearing, saying a few words, and then going home to sleep, he can casually fire employees whenever he is in a bad mood. After all, he is not the one paying the severance.

3. Among the company’s managers, aside from the northern-region sales manager, who worked his way up through his own efforts, many are either connected hires or excessive sycophants. There are very few managers who genuinely have the ability to lead. More often than not, the few managers with the toughest workloads are the capable ones—in other words, the more capable you are, the worse your job becomes.
