The connected people have an unspoken yet telepathic afternoon tea time. At best, it’s at the office counter; sometimes they simply disappear for half an hour before returning.
2. Freedom to do your work/
Because no one provides guidance.
3. Plenty of learning opportunities/
New employees almost always take over the messes left by the connected people; only those who can handle it are considered to have passed the probationary period.
4. Diverse company makeup/
If you want to learn about the importance of eloquence, this is a good place to put it into practice.
5. Flexible working hours/
There is a one-hour flexible start-time window, but only the connected people can leave on time. If anyone else wants to leave on time, they will be considered to have too little work.
6. Company culture/
Although there appears to be no seniority system, in reality there are many relationships even deeper than those between seniors and juniors.
The company has too many advantages
