The office environment is good, and the location is good too.
The company’s performance is declining and it can no longer support several overseas operations; the year-end bonus was $0. The current products have no competitive advantage.
The sales team spends 80% of its time preparing meeting materials and traveling to meetings. No one knows how many meetings there will be in a week. We also have to prepare meeting materials for supervisors and request materials from overseas sales teams. Meetings are just opportunities to pass the buck and assign blame. The internal competition is extremely intense. Because frequent meetings are required, you can learn very impressive, flawless ways of speaking and defending yourself here—but there is no personal or professional development at all.
