There are often disputes between labor and management. For example, after the recent earthquake, for some inexplicable reason, employees were required to use annual leave to cover commuting delays caused by disruptions to public transportation due to the earthquake...
This is an overly personality-driven workplace where the boss has the final say 🥲
Additionally, recently they have used tactics or excuses to lay off or dismiss quite a few people.
Most sadly, whenever the labor-management unit comes over, they only consult with certain employees known for being compliant, which is truly lamentable ☹️
