The company is located in a commercial building with convenient transportation.
Pay is provided on time and in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
The head office’s work environment is much like a factory, with cargo handling and office work taking place in the same space.
There are many employee factions (quite a few cliques), and the work environment has many older, auntie-like employees. There is little internal competitiveness, and many senior employees nearing retirement do not want to take on additional work. The company’s internal system has quite a few problems. The senior management are good people, but they have issues with their management abilities. The company lacks foresight.
