Newly established company, good working environment
As stated above, every word is true.
The only people left at the company are shameless, thick-skinned old-timers.
The boss works with the attitude that “as long as there’s money, anyone can be found.”
The same goes for reprimanding people.
I thought the high turnover rate was only because of the recent introduction of the ERP system.
Little did I know that similar things had happened before.
When it comes to raising salaries, the boss acts as though everyone will receive a year-end bonus anyway, so why raise everyone’s salaries?
Then, when there is no work to do on Fridays, they even semi-coerce everyone into taking unpaid leave.
Yet they constantly promote the idea that everyone is working hard for the company and should have a strong sense of commitment.
If the pay is insufficient for the position, how are we supposed to get things done after hiring people who are blank slates...?
