The office building is beautiful; it looks like they spent a lot of money.

I only went through the interview process here.

The interview already felt very uncomfortable. After checking the reviews, I was shocked to find out they were all true XD

．You have to arrive at the company ten minutes early, otherwise it will affect your performance evaluation (which accounts for 70%), but clocking in within those ten minutes does not count as being late.

　I don't understand why they want to steal these ten minutes from employees??? Aren't working hours in Taiwan already long enough?

．The performance evaluation affects the year-end bonus. The bonus is calculated based on base salary, not total salary, and they said that in previous years it was approximately 25–30 days = less than one month.

　In other words, the monthly salary might be NT$30,000, but the base salary may only be around NT$2X,000.

．They did not mention raises or whether salaries would be adjusted in the future. Instead, they repeatedly emphasized that salaries would be cut if performance did not meet expectations, and that there would be no adjustment after the probationary period either.

　I've interviewed with so many companies and never heard of salary cuts. It was truly eye-opening.

Overall, throughout the interview process, I constantly felt that this company is very calculating with its employees. They also talked about compensation and performance evaluations exclusively in negative terms.

I already felt exploited before even joining.

Still, I have to thank the company for revealing its unpleasant culture right from the interview. Please keep it up!
