Pros
Because I am currently employed, this company was willing to conduct the first interview via video.
Cons
Position: 【IPC】Overseas Sales_Senior (Europe)
I was stood up for the interview!
Fifteen minutes after the scheduled time, no one had shown up. I later followed up via email and 104, but they only read the messages without replying. This was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee! It is easy to imagine that situations like this would happen frequently after joining the company as well.
