Pros
Relationships among colleagues are okay.
Cons
The boss keeps changing decisions from one moment to the next. If you don't have a high-level degree, you have no say, and the boss doesn't trust you.
They love locking company access permissions at the slightest thing, making it impossible to work.
The boss is the company's biggest drawback.
It probably won't be easy to whitewash the reviews anymore either.
