The environment is cleaner than that of ordinary traditional industries (the chairman is very proud of this).

1. On the surface, they say they respect professional expertise, but in practice they force you to do things their way. However, they do not want to be the bad guy, so they beat around the bush and give you the runaround.

2. Very stingy. They once set up something like an employee welfare committee, having everyone pay a monthly welfare fee to buy snacks and fund employee trips. It was later canceled after being reported, and overseas trips disappeared as well.

3. The chairman and general manager have unpredictable moods. The chairman will smile while making very sarcastic remarks to you, and the general manager often loudly berates people and then makes excuses by saying that he naturally speaks loudly.
