Cons
You have to clock in for work at 08:20, with no flexibility in the schedule; after work, the hours are based on a responsibility system.
The guaranteed year-end bonus is two months' salary, but meal allowances are deducted first, so it is not based on full salary. A mid-year bonus is not guaranteed.
