One person is expected to do the work of three people, yet the pay is pitifully low.
The workers fight among themselves. Supervisors are only nice to you when you have value to them, and they all badmouth each other behind one another’s backs.
It is a company where it is difficult to work properly.
In particular, the team leader in the automotive parts department on the third floor cannot do the job and only knows how to stir up trouble. This is a hopeless company, so think twice before going there through the no-exam hiring process.
There is serious internal conflict; people fight among themselves even when they do not hold any position.
