You could tell during the interview that the manager was extremely unprofessional, and the experience was awful.

1. Moving around and changing seats during the interview (shouldn’t you have settled in your designated spot before the interview?)

2. An employee directly interrupted during the interview (Couldn’t you send a message or speak quietly? We could hear exactly what you wanted to do 🙄️)

3. They asked whether I had any questions, but when I asked, the answers completely missed the point and were extremely brief. I was dumbfounded—I really felt that none of my questions were answered.

4. The reason I left my previous job was that I applied for position A, but the actual work I was assigned was position B (the two were completely unrelated), so I chose to leave after a year (that was genuinely all I said; I didn’t bad-mouth the company).

Yet the manager said that I was constantly complaining about the company and leaving without staying for very long 😊 Shouldn’t you reflect on yourselves? They also kept trying to get me to say that everything was my own fault 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was truly speechless. ㄎㄅ, this was clearly the company’s problem—why should I reflect on myself????????

Reflect on myself? That would be too subservient. If you discover something is wrong, shouldn’t you leave immediately?

I really feel like there was something seriously wrong with the whole thing, especially point four, which made me furious 🤬

A terrible company—the interview process was extremely uncomfortable.

Even if you lack professional interviewing skills, the least you can do is show some respect to the person you’re interviewing.

I sincerely suggest that the managers at your company take a course to improve their communication skills or learn how to conduct interviews.

And you still had the nerve to ask how interested I was in working for your company. The answer was absolutely 0.

Just thinking about having you, a disaster of a person, as my future manager made me completely uninterested in joining.

I only feel that the interview was a waste of time.
