1. You can control and arrange your own working hours.
2. The promotion system is clearer than those of many insurance brokerage companies.
3. There are many business bonus programs—meeting the requirements can bring in quite a bit of additional income.
I applied for a position in insurance brokerage sales. The company also frequently holds achievement-based reward programs, allowing new sales representatives to increase their income by reaching targets (they’re not very difficult—I received achievement rewards during my first three months). But for me, the biggest advantage is being able to control my own working hours.
Finally, the promotion system here really is much more transparent than those of many other insurance brokerage companies. They don’t say one thing and do another or make empty promises. There are also many financial seminars and training programs where you can build your professional capabilities.
1. There is performance pressure, so you really need to have good self-management skills.
2. Building a client base in the early stages requires a period of cultivation, so it’s best to be mentally prepared to lay a solid foundation and strengthen your professional capabilities.
3. When you first join the company, it’s recommended that you build good relationships with the people around you, as this will make it easier to receive help from your colleagues.
