You will regret joining this company. It is an unfriendly place, and newcomers are not treated well. Some teams do not assign cleaning duties, treating one person as if they were several people. Even if a newcomer learns slowly, they can easily be criticized and rejected. Long-time employees are often impatient and always say that newcomers are inadequate, without acknowledging their own shortcomings. This is a group plagued by internal infighting, with many cliques, and people who are very good at bragging. Even reporting issues to the company is useless, as they tend to protect their own people. There is no need to explain further—it is a waste of your time and not a company worth mentioning.
