Air conditioning? But sometimes it’s still really hot.
You can sit down? But when there’s a rush to finish the work, even standing up isn’t fast enough.
The cleanroom clothing (anti-static clothing) here seems completely meaningless......
Normally, you’re supposed to wear anti-static clothing + a cap + slippers. But on the production line, you can often see people who find it too hot and take off their caps. Even when they do wear a cap, they don’t tuck their hair inside it—it really is just “wearing a cap.” And inside, you can also see supervisors on the floor wearing anti-static clothing.
If you’re a supplier visiting the facility, congratulations~ You don’t have to wear anything at all~
All I can say is, fortunately this is a technology factory—not a food or cosmetics factory, nor one that makes anything especially precision-oriented.
