Speaking of the pros, Universal Instruments is quite people-oriented. Most senior colleagues are very willing to share their knowledge. Of course, there are also a certain number of old-timers who refuse to leave and cling to their positions. I highly recommend working here until retirement.
The interview experience was really poor. HR broke their promise, saying that the boss had given last-minute instructions and leaving the Candidate waiting. It was absolutely obvious that they had simply forgotten to show up.
There was also a short English test. The test paper had not been updated for N years. People today, or the test questions themselves, have clearly moved in a different direction. It was obviously an English test written based on the imagination of a Chinese-speaking test writer, and the questions had been repeatedly reprinted after being scanned from the era of inkjet printers.
Later, I heard Hunter share their experience and mention the HR department at Universal Instruments. Everyone shook their heads. If you are not particularly concerned about HR’s level of professionalism, you could give this company a try. I highly recommend working here until retirement.
Also, there are many mice in the office, and someone is always leaving feces in the toilet without flushing.
