I recommend not coming here, that's all. The company seems like it's about to go under now, right? I've been gone for many years. The last time I went back, I found that it had gone from occupying two floors to just one room on one floor. Pretty miserable. The boss seemed very unconcerned about the internal organization. During my time there, I only saw the marketing and engineering departments being active; the atmosphere in the other departments was truly terrible, with serious infighting, unfriendliness toward newcomers, inadequate SOPs, and a whole host of other problems. At the time, it caused me to miss my period for four months, and I had to go to the gynecologist and get two injections before it finally came.

You could even go an entire day without saying a word at work. The full-time employees in the department were extremely unfriendly—one could even say their attitude was outright nasty. Getting dirty looks when asking questions was an everyday occurrence, and many people did it. There were only a few people in the department, so how could this kind of culture exist? What's wrong with a newcomer asking questions? They also formed little cliques. During team-building activities, a group of people would huddle together. Even when seats had already been assigned, someone would come and sit directly in front of you, leaving you awkwardly having to walk away yourself.

During lunch, I ate in the break room. Although the sofa clearly had three seats, someone would lie across it so no one else could sit. When the break room was full, you could only eat outside in the pantry, which was extremely makeshift. Full-time employees would take their own elevator; if they saw an intern waiting to go down, they would tell you to wait for the next one yourself. Full-time employees got first choice of vacation days, while interns were expected to take whatever dates were left, and sometimes couldn't take any time off at all. At work, someone would play their own music through a Bluetooth speaker at an extremely loud volume, without caring about anyone else's feelings. If you put on headphones because you didn't want to listen to it, they would give you dirty looks and click their tongue, and even scold you for not being able to hear them when they called you. They would set the air conditioning to suit themselves; even when others were freezing and coming down with severe colds, turning it off would get you scolded and told to figure out how to cope without touching the air conditioner. (But nobody else wanted it on—only that person did.)

There is too much to list. The person who rolls their eyes when you ask questions would even lean their whole body backward. If you didn't reply to a message within three seconds, they would bombard you on LINE, then screenshot the message, circle it in red, and interrogate you about why you hadn't seen it. If I didn't see it, I didn't see it—why does there have to be a reason? Maybe I didn't see it because I was working? They deliberately made things difficult and pressured you to explain why you hadn't seen the message. What exactly were you supposed to say? This person caused even more problems at work. They would be the first to jump out and criticize others when they made a mistake, but when they made a mistake themselves, they acted as if they hadn't seen it or didn't know about it. Absolutely disgusting. The entire department environment was truly disgusting.
