Pros

You can replace the screen protector, but it’s not like you can replace it to your heart’s content.

Cons

1. I originally didn’t want to leave a comment, but the boss repeatedly pried into people’s privacy back then, which was really infuriating. Now that other people are giving you face, you still insist on stepping all over it? Asking once or twice would be one thing, but what was the deal with asking nearly five times or more? If you see this, I only want to say: First, if you have dementia, go see a doctor; second, if you did it deliberately, it’s none of your damn business—just manage your own inventory levels.

2. One person is expected to do the work of two. The workload is unbearably tedious: you’re hired for position A but end up doing the miscellaneous tasks of position B, and they even try to sugarcoat it by saying that in a small company you’re naturally expected to do and learn more. They even have the nerve to say that newcomers have it easier because you’ve already finished all the miscellaneous tasks. Anyone who can say something like that has no shame.

3. They make a lot of grand promises and come up with piles of wild, unrealistic ideas. Sometimes, after you finish the work, they don’t even use it. And whatever they do, they love rushing toward deadlines—the employees are the ones worked to death, and it’s a waste of time.

4. They don’t provide an itemized payslip when calculating salaries. How is anyone supposed to know how you calculated the pay or what you deducted? Does your company know that failing to provide an itemized statement can result in a fine?

5. The turnover rate is extremely high. Please examine what went wrong in your processes.

6. They spend all day riding on influencers’ and designers’ popularity, no different from Chen Chien-chou. Yet their own official website was copied from somewhere else, and they’re still smug about it. Pathetic.
