1. HR was very professional and friendly. The small talk while I was waiting made me feel that they genuinely like the company.

2. The newly renovated office is beautiful.

3. The interview was conducted by the Executive Vice President. They mainly asked about the current situation at my company and were quite approachable, making a few jokes. They also asked about my understanding of brands and home appliances, some history of the products represented by the company, and my thoughts on handling represented products in basic scenarios.

4. The position in the department I applied to felt somewhat replaceable. The advantage is that it should offer stable growth, and people who are confident they can get up to speed quickly can take on the challenge.
