After taking over from the previous employee, the accountant left. A former employee came back, and everything she does is an exact replica of the accountant’s behavior described by the previous new hire. If I didn’t know better, I’d think they were mother and daughter. If you work here, be careful not to get targeted by that colleague. She’s very good at running her mouth, but getting her to do anything is like asking her to give up her life. She can’t even do her own job properly and only reports minor things to the boss’s wife. Anyone who doesn’t know the situation might think she’s a princess. To be honest, she really does act like one—whenever you ask her to do something, her attitude is practically, “How dare you commoners order this princess around?” (She’s only an assistant, yet she spends work hours shopping online and binge-watching shows—a total wage thief.)

Most people at the company and in the stores detest her. We reported the situation to the boss, but it was ignored.

As a result, she meddles in everything, and some people have even lost their jobs because of her.

Here, if you can get on the boss’s good side, everything is easier to discuss; if not, it’s very difficult to work here.

The boss’s way of expressing himself is hard to understand. Ability is secondary here—the key is whether you can please the boss. With her around, the atmosphere becomes terrible.
