The HR representative listens very attentively.
Cons
The HR representative talks too much and criticizes current colleagues in front of interviewees. It feels like they are only looking for someone to chat with. They must be the boss’s wife; otherwise, they wouldn’t have so much time. They are very blunt, but their speech lacks logic—they just keep talking and waste people’s time. Who would dare work there when they lecture people so much?
