HR listens very carefully.
Cons
HR talks too much and criticizes current colleagues in front of interviewees. It feels like they only want someone to chat with. They must be the boss’s wife; otherwise, they wouldn’t have that much time. They are the type to speak bluntly, but their speech lacks logic—they just keep talking and waste people’s time. With so much nagging, who would dare work there?
