Pros

Working here can be a form of spiritual cultivation.

Cons

*Employees are treated like disposable chopsticks: used and discarded. You must always be prepared to be "forced out"; anyone with more than a month of tenure is considered a veteran!

*Employees may be asked to run errands and buy things or lunch... but are not reimbursed and have to pay out of pocket. Once, I was asked to buy throat lozenges at a pharmacy. When I submitted the handwritten receipt issued by the pharmacy for reimbursement, a male supervisor stubbornly and shamelessly said: “It’s not an official invoice, so I won’t reimburse you!” The same goes for running out to buy a bowl of noodles for lunch—there’s no way to get a receipt. Sorry, but employees are expected to pay for the supervisor!

*The supervisor has a private restroom for his exclusive use; no one else is allowed to use it. Little did he know that he would end up suffering from norovirus and having diarrhea for a week!

*Company policy prohibits using the bathroom for a bowel movement at work! Do it at home first.

*Screaming at and cursing employees every day, treating them like dogs, is part of the daily routine.

*We work at least two hours of overtime every night without overtime pay, which is completely different from what was stated when I applied.
