The company's management style makes it difficult for genuinely talented people to stay for long. The employees who remain generally lack professional knowledge of the industry; the sales staff are unable to answer even basic questions from clients, and their professional English skills are also inadequate. Yet each of them is more arrogant and difficult than the last. The hard part of working here is not the work itself, but having to deal with these colleagues and bosses in such an environment.
