Pros

If you want to try an extremely negative work environment and an unbelievable management system, this is the place for you.

Cons

HaoHao Securities = HaoHao Investment (former name)

Don't come here! As soon as the boss arrived, he dictated extremely detailed aspects of how you should work. For example, when using project management software and creating tasks, you must follow his method exactly. You can't break the functions down into smaller details; everything has to be written on the same ticket, resulting in a dense mess of content.

They also use Kanban software with negative warning messages written on it, such as “Don’t be busy, blind, or confused; don’t waste your own time.” Everything is extremely negative.

Then, every night late at night, he checks the task tickets to see whether you have updated your progress. You have to reply with details every day.

He refuses to delegate authority to supervisors. The overall product and marketing strategy is ineffective, and any other suggestions are immediately rejected. Then, when the results are poor, he directly blames the entire department.

All marketing and advertising proposals have to be confirmed by the boss before they can be released because he doesn't trust professionals. The problem is that after he revises them, they become ineffective and fail to resonate. If you give him direct feedback, he refuses to admit it and just keeps making irrelevant excuses.

New employees have a three-month probation period, with a performance review every month. When the poor performance is caused by the boss, he blames the employees instead. The reviews are

especially outrageous; he loves playing petty tricks.

He isolates new employees in a separate area, cutting them off from everyone else. I've never seen such an outrageous boss.

He also records the review meetings with you. When told that this is illegal, he gets furious. When the boss's reviewed and revised social media posts fail to generate sales, you tell him frankly to trust professional judgment, and that the poor results are due to his revisions and his lack of ability in this area. The boss then says you insulted a superior, threatens to fire you, and even says he can sue you.

Most outrageous of all, he deliberately engages in workplace PUA before Lunar New Year, nearly causing the entire team to resign. He is extremely inconsiderate and doesn't want anyone to have a good New Year.

The advertising budget is also ridiculously small... yet vendors are expected to provide all kinds of services. It's miserable....

The boss's strategy is to keep posting memes on Facebook, but he ruins all of them by revising them until they are no longer funny.... He doesn't even understand Performance Max....

I've heard that more than 20 employees are forced out every year, even though the entire company only has a little over 20 people. There are endless complicated rules and petty details.

He turns a blind eye to long-term employees who have been with him for a long time. His capabilities are extremely immature, he applies double standards, and this is a company that refuses to grow up.

A very negative culture
