Pros

Cons
The general manager lives in his own world.
He does not understand the market and is unwilling to believe what the sales staff say. Even if he does not believe them, he is also unwilling to go out and learn about the market.
Sales staff are monitored by “Waiqin Jindouyun”; conducting sales visits requires location check-ins.
