I truly do not recommend working for this company. It is a Japanese company that loves nitpicking and making things difficult for employees. Performance reviews are only given the grades A, B, and C—the third one—for everyone, while they give themselves the first one, with the aim of preventing you from getting promoted or receiving raises, while securing their own position. At work, they pick on your minor faults: not reading certain messages, personal regulations, work rules. Are they acting like a sergeant major?

They emphasize punishment while glossing over rewards. Doing a good job is considered what you should do, as if everyone were a saint who never makes mistakes; once you make a mistake, you are treated as if you deserve to die ten thousand deaths.

Work is distributed unevenly, and they have a very poor sense of time: being late to meetings, last-minute meetings, last-minute projects, discussions during lunch breaks, and dumping work on you just before quitting time. If you leave work on time, you will be singled out; if you arrive at work on time, you will also be singled out.

DMJ is very emotional at work and likes monitoring people. They often crane their necks to look around at employees.
