Pros
The head office is in Xinyi District, and the branch office is in Banqiao District. Transportation is fairly convenient.
Cons
The year-end bonus is pitifully small.
The turnover rate is very high.
If you’re not someone the manager likes, you can easily be singled out.
You need to be highly accommodating and very proactive about doing work outside your job responsibilities.
