Clothes are easy to buy
1. The company-owned store system is poorly organized, with almost no benefits to speak of.
2. They set unrealistically ambitious targets that employees cannot meet, leaving them able to earn only the base salary (even though the company is clearly making a lot of money, it is unwilling to pay employees more).
3. They rely on the influencer owner’s wife to keep things going, constantly posting on Instagram as if this were a happy workplace, when in reality it is all built on the employees’ blood, sweat, and tears.
4. Store employees are not provided with uniforms and have to pay for them themselves.
5. There is not a single capable manager; stores are rushed into opening, resulting in complete chaos.
6. The owner has no consideration for employees. If displeased, they lay employees off, treating them as less than human and suffering from a severe ego problem. When the store first opened and was heavily criticized in reviews, they went after the employees instead of asking why.
