Two days off per week, no shift work (This doesn’t really count as a benefit, but there are no other benefits)
The company has no competitive technology. As an e-commerce business, its long-term prospects are bleak.
Employees in different functions cannot tell what their roles are.
Everyone does sales but has a different title. The titles are essentially misused, and it is difficult to distinguish each employee’s area of expertise.
The salary is too low, close to the minimum wage.
The year-end bonus is not transparent; it is impossible to know even the most basic number of months’ pay.
