Basically, there are several days every month when you work around 16 hours. The management has problematic attitudes and really likes to show favoritism all day long. All I can say is that the reputation and system are poor, because the managers inside want to enjoy themselves without wanting to work, while also wanting to show their sense of superiority and make people curry favor with them.
