In-store interview conducted by a district manager. During the interview, the company seemed very well organized.

The district manager said that you can make money in this job and that the bonuses are very generous, with an average monthly salary of 60,000–80,000!!! Is this true?

Could any current employees come forward and explain? I’m worried about ending up at a company that makes grand promises…
