Employees assigned abroad are required to plan the dates of their return-to-Taiwan leave for the following year by the end of the year.
However, when requesting return-to-Taiwan leave, your supervisor will tell you, "We hope you can cooperate by canceling your return-to-Taiwan leave."
If this happened once, that would be one thing, but it has happened many times.
Finally, 2–3 days before you are scheduled to board your flight back to Taiwan, you are told that you have been laid off.
