Think twice before coming to work at the Young Lions plant. The plant's design has problems, and its safety is a serious concern. Even when injured while wearing protective equipment, injuries are not reported as workplace accidents. Most personnel in the environmental, health, and safety department have extremely poor attitudes: they do not solve problems and only want to criticize the injured person. The more you do, the more mistakes you make; your body becomes exhausted, and performance evaluations become a subject of ridicule! There are also some people at the plant who only cause trouble and complicate matters, joining forces with contractors to target their own colleagues and loudly berating coworkers in front of contractors to make themselves look powerful! The systems built by the contractors are also terrible. They shirk responsibility and refuse to deal with problems, resulting in a major rupture of a nitric acid pipe at the plant. The contractor simply washed its hands of the matter and did nothing. I sincerely wonder whether this plant is capable of operating normally.
