聯合東方國際股份有限公司
Pros

The company is very close to the MRT station

The managers and employees are very young

Seeing everyone at your company working so hard to flood this page

shows that your internal employees really care about the company’s development. It’s heartwarming.

Cons

Is this a company that really likes going through pointless procedures (?)

Even a junior specialist has to go through a three-stage interview

▲ First-stage interview: phone call from HR

The voice sounded young, but the questions also felt insufficiently professional

At times, it felt a bit like they were repeating themselves

▲ Second-stage interview: interview with the team leader

Before scheduling an in-person interview at the company, you first have to fill out basic information and take a logic test

The questions in the logic test had errors that had not been checked

I also don’t understand what benefit companies that still give logic tests nowadays think they provide for the job

The team leader who conducted the interview that day merely had a brief (purely) chat about the job responsibilities

Other questions were passed on to HR to discuss with you later

I came all the way there only to see the interviewing team leader with a sour face—thanks a lot

▲ Third-stage interview: HR interview

There was no follow-up....

After reading all the reviews, not being hired by your company is truly something to celebrate
