The company is relatively understaffed, so there may be more full shifts. You can only schedule four days of work yourself; unless you have something going on, you need to tell your supervisor in advance, or arrange a shift swap with someone else after the schedule has been posted.

The anonymous reviews online aren’t very positive. I roughly know why: under the performance bonus system, only the amount exceeding the target can earn the 1% bonus, which is basically equivalent to nothing. Unless it exceeds the guaranteed bonus of 1,800, the bonus is based on 1,800. Overtime is paid, so the reason the salary exceeds 30,000 is because of overtime pay.

However, there are no reports to write and no endless classes to attend, and it feels like there are far fewer miscellaneous tasks than at VF. I can accept a lower salary, but I absolutely can’t accept having lots of work to do, so those hoping to earn performance bonuses may want to think it over.
