Workplace reviews and discussion: 綺麗絲國際有限公司

The company is conveniently located near an MRT station. The interviewer was nice and asked about my past experience and future plans based on my résumé. I was initially worried that I might have to work overtime frequently, so I specifically asked about it. HR said that overtime is generally rare, and if overtime does occur, employees can properly apply for overtime pay or compensatory leave. During the interview, I noticed a snack cabinet nearby. HR said the company provides free snacks and afternoon tea once a month, which was another small but pleasant perk. Everyone at the company seemed to dress quite casually, and the interviewer said there are no particularly strict requirements regarding attire. It feels like a very open-minded company.

I can't think of any drawbacks for now.
