The claim during the interview that an annual salary of one million depends on individual effort is complete bullshit. Some regions simply have more large communities, and some managers will help out. If none of that applies, I suggest going somewhere else.

The policies change every year, and even long-term employees have been thoroughly brainwashed. Don’t think about changing a place like this; my advice is to run as fast as you can.
