A department specializing in repairs and maintenance.
When they cannot recruit enough people for shift positions, they advertise regular daytime positions instead, but after you join, they say that everyone in the department needs to work day and night shifts. They keep pressuring you to work shifts, and if you do not want to, they say you do not meet the department's needs.
Long-serving employees act superior and refuse to do the work, leaving it all to new hires. They are extremely unfriendly toward newcomers.
High employee turnover.
