The HR person named Dolly was extremely incompetent. She asked me to fill out a form but then failed to send the form link. Even when providing the email link, she provided incomplete links twice. During the interview with the technical manager, before I had even finished speaking, HR would interrupt and rudely heckle me. They then said they would notify me of the result in two weeks. Two weeks later, there was no news, which would have been bad enough, but when I asked about the result, my message was read and left unanswered. Is it really that difficult to notify someone that they were not selected? The HR department at this company is truly beyond saving.
