I strongly, strongly do not recommend taking any position for the Taiwan market. It is an extremely bad deal. Even after ten years, the company is more chaotic than a startup. Fresh graduates can work here, but should not stay too long or they may become complacent. People with experience who care about their time and résumé really should not come.
